Estherville's Industrial Spec Building

EIDC has an industrial spec building located on 5 acres of land, with 15 acres more available:

  • 30,000 sq. ft.
  • Expandable to over 100,000 sq. ft. 24 foot sidewalls.
  • One loading dock installed. Four or more docks can be installed, all with natural drainage to the south.
  • One overhead door.
  • Brick and glass entrance.
  • It can be finished to your specifications.

EIDC Board members represent the membership investing in the chamber/EIDC and the public.

The board will be the primary force pressing EIDC to the realization of its opportunities for service and the fulfillment of its obligations to all its members and the public.

That is accomplished by attending board meetings consistently and actively participating in the planning and implementation of our goals

Iowa Lakes Corridor

The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation is the regional economic development agency for Buena Vista, Clay, Dickinson and Emmet Counties.

Its mission is “To foster, encourage, promote, aid or otherwise assist in the economic growth and development of the four-county region”
