Excel! Estherville Facade Grants

Program assists business owners

TThe Excel Estherville storefront facade improvement project awards matching grants of up to $5,000 to storefront owners in the Estherville business district that want to "change-up" the look of their property.

Business owners have been taking advantage of the program for the past two years, and it's making Estherville a better place to live.

Anyone interested in the project may contact any Excel board member, the Estherville Area Chamber of Commerce at 362-3541 or Penny Clayton at Estherville City Hall.

How to apply for a Facade Grant

$25,000 in Facade Grant funding is available during the 2012-2013 financial year, and applications are now being accepted.

To apply, please fill out the application here and submit to either the City of Estherville or Chamber of Commerce offices.
