Hold onto your handlebars, folks! Estherville has snagged the title of Overnight Host Town for the 2025 RAGBRAI! On Monday, July 21st, a sea of cyclists will roll into town, and it’s our chance to show off our fantastic community! But remember, it’s a team effort, so we’ll need everyone to pitch in!
Drumroll, please! The theme for the 2025 Estherville RAGBRAI is “Tour de Ville,” inspired by the legendary Le Tour De France. This theme promises a day of fun and fabulous riding through our community! You’ll see this snazzy logo on all our marketing, communications, and must-have merch!
We’ve launched a shiny new website at Estherville.org/ragbrai-2025, plus a Facebook page and Instagram account under Estherville Ragbrai. Follow us for the latest buzz and updates!

Estherville Campground Information
The main Estherville Campground is located at the Estherville Lincoln Central School Campus - 1520 Central Avenue Estherville, IA 51334
The campground is available on a first come first serve basis for July 21st
The campground will have shower and restroom facilities, parking and official RAGBRAI information stations and bike shops.

2. The Regional Wellness Center is hosting an additional camp space within the gym for $25/person. This includes both a shower and a provided towel.

3. Park parking lots will be open for camping with restrooms available
4. Our Industrial park (#19), will be used for RV parking
As a reminder, all spots are first come, first serve. No reservations will be accepted.
Estherville RAGBRAI Headlining Band Announced!
Hold onto your helmets, folks! Estherville RAGBRAI is rolling out the red carpet for the one and only Pork Tornadoes as our headlining band! These crowd favorites are bringing their infectious energy to an outdoor concert on Monday, July 21st, right on the main stage! And guess what? It’s FREE for all riders and locals!. “We are very excited to have the Pork Tornadoes join us in Estherville. This concert will be the biggest concert we’ve had to date in Estherville.” - Lexie Ruter, chair of the Estherville RAGBRAI Committee and Chamber Director. "Their energetic performance and engaging music are sure to make it a night to remember. We're thrilled to offer this unforgettable experience to our community and all the visitors who will join us."
In addition to the concert, the evening will feature various food vendors offering a wide range of delicious options to satisfy every palate. "We want to ensure everyone has an amazing time," added Lexie Ruter. "This is not just about the ride; it's about celebrating our community and the incredible spirit of togetherness that events like RAGBRAI bring."

Volunteer Opportunity: Join the Estherville RAGBRAI Team!
Estherville, July 21, 2025 – As Estherville gears up to welcome RAGBRAI 2025, the community is calling on volunteers to ensure a successful and memorable event. Known as the largest annual cycling event in the country, RAGBRAI will bring approximately 15,000 cyclists to our town, and we need your help to make their stay enjoyable and smooth.
Volunteers are the backbone of Estherville's overnight host experience, and your support is crucial in various areas such as managing parking, directing campgrounds, staffing information booths, assisting at the beverage garden, helping with concerts, and much more. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase Estherville's hospitality, meet new people, and be part of a historic event.
